Privacy Notice

EXTRIMPA LLC · U.S. website

Last updated:

1. Scope and contact

EXTRIMPA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is responsible for the personal information it handles through its U.S. website, business inquiries and meeting scheduling. This notice explains those activities. The Dominican Republic website has a separate privacy notice.

Information handled during a client engagement is also subject to the applicable engagement terms and any data protection agreement. When we process information on a client’s behalf, requests concerning that information may need to be directed to the client. Neither those agreements nor this notice limit obligations imposed by applicable law.

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@extrimpa.com. For business inquiries, use contact@extrimpa.com.

2. Information we receive

When you consent to optional measurement cookies, Meta Pixel also collects website activity and technical information as described in Section 6. We receive information directly from you, through the scheduling service, and through the infrastructure that delivers the website. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, financial account details, client records or incident evidence through an initial inquiry. Agree a suitable sharing process with us before providing confidential materials.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry and scheduling information to respond, evaluate potential engagements, prepare requested proposals, coordinate meetings and manage related business communications. Website information supports delivery, regional routing, troubleshooting and protection of the site. If you consent to optional cookies, Meta Pixel measures website visits and clicks on scheduling links to evaluate advertising performance. A scheduling-link click does not tell us whether a meeting was booked.

Information may also be used as reasonably necessary to maintain relevant business records, comply with applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. An inquiry or meeting reservation does not by itself establish a consulting engagement.

4. Providers and disclosures

Information is handled by the people responsible for the relevant business activity and by providers supporting website hosting, email and business communications, and meeting scheduling. Our website is hosted on Vercel, and we use Calendly for scheduling. With your consent, Meta Platforms, Inc. receives page views and scheduling-link click events through Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. The information involved depends on the service: hosting involves website requests, email involves correspondence, scheduling involves booking details, and Meta Pixel involves page, click, and browser or device information.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where required by law, or where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to address a security issue, resolve a dispute or protect legal rights. This notice does not authorize unrestricted disclosure of confidential client information.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the personnel and providers involved in handling it operate. Privacy laws may differ between locations; applicable requirements and contractual obligations continue to apply.

5. Scheduling through Calendly

Our U.S. scheduling links open a booking page hosted by Calendly. EXTRIMPA receives your meeting details, including your name, email address, selected date and time, and information you provide in the booking form, to coordinate the meeting and related communications.

Calendly processes booking information on our behalf. When you visit its booking page, Calendly may also collect technical information and use cookies as described in its Privacy Notice.

Using Calendly is optional. You can arrange a meeting by emailing contact@extrimpa.com.

6. Cookies, Meta Pixel and regional navigation

Essential regional navigation uses the first-party extrimpa_market cookie described below. The site also stores your optional tracking choice in a first-party cookie named extrimpa_marketing_consent for up to 180 days. The choices are accepted or rejected. Meta Pixel does not load unless you accept optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

After you accept, Meta Pixel sends a PageView event when you view a page and a custom ScheduleClick event when you click an EXTRIMPA link to the scheduling section or the Calendly booking button. The click event records where the link appeared; it does not confirm that you completed a booking. Events may include the page address, referring page, IP address and browser or device information. Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and, when an advertising click identifier is present, _fbc. Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. This processing may involve transfers to the United States.

If you reject optional cookies, or later change your choice to reject, the site will not load Meta Pixel for subsequent visits and will remove its first-party Pixel cookies where possible. This does not remove information already received by Meta. You can also delete the consent cookie in your browser; the site will ask for a choice again.

Choosing “United States” or “Dominican Republic” in the footer both opens that version of the site and saves a first-party cookie named extrimpa_market. It contains only US or RD and lasts up to 180 days after a selection. The cookie remembers which version to show when you return to the main home page.

You can change this preference through the footer links or delete the cookie in your browser. If cookies are blocked, the link works for that visit but may not remember your choice.

When you open the main home page without a valid preference or an explicit selection for that visit, the site uses the approximate country supplied by Vercel from your IP address to choose the initial version. It does not request GPS location or save the automatic choice as a preference. Direct links to internal pages retain their destination.

The site does not change this preference-cookie behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. The cookie is used for regional navigation. External services, including Calendly, have their own cookie controls and notices.

7. Retention and security

Retention is determined by the purpose of the information, the status of an inquiry or business relationship, and applicable legal, recordkeeping and dispute-related requirements. Information needed for those purposes may need to be retained after a meeting or inquiry has ended. A deletion request is assessed in light of those requirements and any applicable legal exceptions.

No method of transmission or storage guarantees absolute security. Use the business contact channels for initial discussions and coordinate with us before sharing confidential records. If you believe information sent to EXTRIMPA has been compromised, contact privacy@extrimpa.com.

8. Requests and choices

You can contact privacy@extrimpa.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. The rights available, and any response requirements or exceptions, depend on the law applicable to the information and the request.

Describe the request and your interaction with EXTRIMPA without sending sensitive records. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or, where relevant, an authorized representative’s authority before disclosing or changing records. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including requirements concerning retention and the protection of other people’s information.

You may ask us to stop optional business outreach. Communications needed to address an active request, manage an engagement or meet legal obligations may still be necessary. Nothing in this notice limits rights or protections provided by applicable law.

9. External websites and intended audience

Links to regulators and other organizations lead to websites with their own privacy practices. EXTRIMPA does not control those websites. Review the relevant notice before providing information there.

This website and our services are intended for professionals and businesses, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@extrimpa.com so we can address it.

10. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The current version is posted here with its revision date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will follow those requirements.
