Keep technology risk decisions moving throughout the year

An agreed cadence for reviewing changes, examining selected evidence and following up on actions. EXTRIMPA provides senior advisory support alongside your leadership, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and technology providers.

Discuss ongoing advisory

Make follow-up part of the work

An assessment establishes a point of reference. New staff, changing systems, provider decisions and outstanding remediation can change that picture.

Ongoing advisory gives those questions a scheduled place for review. It helps your team keep track of unresolved issues and the decisions needed to move them forward.

Build a cadence around your priorities

Monthly or quarterly discussions: Review agreed actions, changes and decisions with the appropriate owners.

Selected control or provider reviews: Examine evidence according to the contracted review calendar.

Management reporting: Summarize open issues, completed actions and the basis for closure.

Support for your compliance review: Provide the technology risk findings and evidence included in our scope for your CCO-led process.

Frequency, hours, participants and the number of controls or providers are agreed in the engagement. Additional projects require a defined scope.

A working agenda, not just a status meeting

  1. What changed in the agreed environment?
  2. Which actions are overdue or need a decision?
  3. What does the evidence support?
  4. What remains unresolved, and who will follow up?

We use that discussion to update the action record and identify the next review priorities.

Keep the record useful

Your engagement can include a review calendar, risk and action updates, documented observations and concise reports for management. We use an agreed repository and communication process to keep the work organized.

This is scheduled advisory support. It does not include 24/7 monitoring, a help desk, emergency response or automatic responsibility for operating your systems. Your leadership retains risk decisions and approvals.

Choose a manageable cadence

Tell us which decisions and follow-up activities need more structure. We will discuss an advisory scope that fits your team.
